Great service

Great rental agency. Celestino is so nice and responsive to emails and prices are very reasonable. We will be using him again next time we come back.

We rented a car for 9 days. Excellent service. Before arriving they were very responsive. Quick and efficient shuttle to pick us up. Upon arrival the paper was ready and our car was ready to go. This is different than the large companies where sometimes you show up and are told they are sold out or don’t have the previously agreed rental. They ensured we had a map downloaded of the island and it felt like there was a genuine investment in making sure we were well set up well. The drop off process was excellent to close out the process. When I return I will use them again!

Owner was friendly and reliable. We had a issue with a vehicle and he was there promptly with another to drive away with.

Advanced and owner Celestino are absolutely the BEST. Do not rent from anyone else. Pre-programmed frequent favorite tourist destinations in the provided GPS was huge. Cannot imagine how many times I would have gotten lost without that. Personal cell phone from Celestino to us should we have a problem was again very reassuring. He met us at the cruise ship pier in the morning and met us at 9 p.m. to receive the mini van back. The car ran great and was an automatic transmission. another company we called prior to connecting with Celestino, offered us a diesel with stick shift for the same money. Cannot say enough good things about Advanced and Celestino. They are the ONLY car rental company to use.

Service was great. Car was new and clean. You have to walk just outside the airport, past all the other car rental desks, but they pick you up quickly.

Definitely recommend Advance Car Rental! Celestino is great with communication prior to arrival and it was a super easy and fast in and out process. The rental location is just down the road from the airport but there was someone waiting for us right when we landed and then brought us to the airport immediately upon return of the rental. Celestino and his staff are so friendly and made the whole experience great!

We rented a car for a day through Advanced car Rental. We received such excellent service and had an incredible experience. Celestino is so helpful and kind. He delivered our car to the cruise port. He met us there and gave us a map, cellphone, GPS, and gave us wonderful recommendations. It was great to spend a day exploring Curaçao on our own and on our own pace. Made even better by having a GPS and cellphone incase we needed to get in touch with Celestino. We had such a fun day. We visited the national park and a few of the beautiful beaches. When we're in Curaçao again, we'll be in touch with this company again! Celestino is great! We couldn't have asked for a better time!
